Refund and Returns Policy

At Raviraa (https://raviraa.in), every product is printed only after you place an order.
All items are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand) and not pre-stocked.

Because of this, our return and refund policy is different from regular retail stores.


No Return Policy (Custom Products)

All Raviraa products are custom-printed specifically for you.

Therefore:

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • wrong size selected
  • change of mind
  • design preference
  • ordering by mistake

We strongly recommend checking the size chart before ordering.


Exchange (Only for Damaged or Incorrect Product)

We will provide a free replacement only if:

  • the item is damaged
  • wrong item received
  • print defect / manufacturing defect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send:

  • order number
  • clear photos of the product
  • unboxing video (mandatory)

After verification, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible (e.g., product unavailable).

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Delivery Issues

Raviraa is not responsible for:

  • incorrect address entered by customer
  • failed delivery attempts
  • customer unavailable at delivery

If the package is returned to us, reshipping charges will apply.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Currently, Cash on Delivery is not available on Raviraa.

All orders must be prepaid through secure online payment methods.
